Double Debited!!!

I have had my own Cell C contract for 3 months and already regretting it. After giving specific instructions to the call centre to make my debit date the last day of the month they tried to debit my account on the 25th. Because i did not have the money in my account then, they cut my phone line with no warning. So i called in made the manual payment, asked them AGAIN to change my debit date. The person i spoke with on Friday evening assured me that because i was making a manual payment they would not attempt the D/D again. Only for me to find out that they have in fact taken the money off my account again. Leaving me R700 short for this month. I called in to complain and get it sorted, after the 3rd person i spoke to (bad signal, another story) they escalated the call and assured me someone would call me yesterday to rectify and return my money. surprise surprise... no call. Can someone PLEASE call me TODAY to get this sorted? I need this money to buy nappies for my child. REF: 3070300219. I am SERIOUSLY considering calling this breech of contract and changing service providers.
