EMAILED STATEMENTS ARE CORRUPTED

DESPITE NUMEROUS EMAILS, PHONE CALLS AND REGISTERED LETTERS TO THE NEDBANK CARD DIVISION OVER THE PAST YEAR WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED A SOLUTION TO OUR PROBLEM AND ALL LETTERS HAVE NOT EVEN BEEN ACKNOWLEDGED.

DURING THIS PERIOD OUR MONTHLY CREDIT AND GARAGE CARDS STATEMENTS HAVE ARRIVED BY EMAIL IN A CORRUPTED CONDITION. ENTRIES ARE SUPERIMPOSED ON EACH OTHER, SOME "DROPPED" OFF THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE. THIS MAKES THEM DIFFICULT TO CHECK, AND EVEN MORE DIFFICULT TO ENTER INTO PASTEL ACCOUNTING. TOTALS DO NOT CORRESPOND TO THE ENTRIES SHOWN.

THE SAME THING HAPPENED A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO AND WE MANAGED TO CONTACT SOMEONE BY PHONE WHO SAW THE PROBLEM ON THEIR COMPUTER PAGE AND FIXED IT THEN AND THERE. THE ONLY PEOPLE WHO WE HAVE MANAGED TO SPEAK TO ON THIS OCCASION CLAIM THAT THE PROBLEM IS WITH OUR COMPUTER. IT IS NOT.
