Some 2 months ago I upgraded to Voyager Platinum credit cards but when I got them they were only valid for another 7 months. I refused to accept them and on a second take the same happened again as nobody at Nedbank seems to be able to overwrite a computer programme.
Bad as it is I now decided to close the Voyager cards and rather go with Platinum Greenback Cards just to hear that the computer programme has turned me down. Not only do I more than qualify for the cards in terms of monthly salary, my cards get paid on a monthly basis in full (shame you can't actually make money with me), I own two properties and hold a rather significant amount in cash in various Nedbank accounts.
There is only one word that comes to my mind and that is pathetic and should Nedbank fail to resolve the matter within hours you have lost a client. Not that Nedbank minds I presume.
