DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM STANDARD BANK

I went into Standard Bank Sandridge to open up a savings account and link it to my existing account. I was told I need to see a service consultant. I waited for 20min and noticed that there was only one service consultant working and she had a client for that entire time. I asked the lady assisting if this was the case that on a Friday morning they only have one consultant working. She sad yes. I asked if I could speak to the Manager she said that the manager was busy. I waited for an additional 10 min and asked to see the manager again, and she was busy again. I then Left in DISGUST. I feel that being a client on Standard bank fro more than 25 years, this is extremely disappointing. I have been putting off moving banks for a long time, but now will be the appropriate time
