Outsurance
R 400 back what a load of!!!

So after having requested Ouotes from Outsurance i know that they are completely over priced and could never live up to there "R 400 back campaign. i decided to put them to the test. And to no surprise they could not beat my cover. I spent all of 30 minutes of the phone only to get the inevitable result of them not being able to beat my current premiums.

I then gave my Email address for them to send thru the Documentation so i could get the payment of the R 400 going. I was shocked there claims seem legit. But guess what i never received the email. surprised?? Don't be, i even phoned them back with a reference number. Thinking that the 1st person captured my emial address incorrectly i let her read it to me, it was 100% correct. The call Centre ageant then confirmed she'd emailed me the forms TWICE, yet still nothing. I guess Outsurance spent all there Money on advertising and now there Email server is mysteriously broken.
