BAD SERVICE - UNQUALIFIED PERSONNEL

I would like to make it known that Standard Bank (The Glen) is a terrible bank to do business with as it has very little qualified staff, the front lady is not at all pleasant or helpful (instead of being there to help the clients and the Consultants she stood in a cubicle helping someone with internet banking!!! I have been to the bank on three occasions to sort out a problem with an existing home loan, on the three occasions i have waited over an hour to see a consultant, been given different information how to solve the matter and each time was given a different list of documents required! Needless to say that the matter has not been resolved as I never have the right documents. This is an absolute DISGRACE, and we never see the Manager and nothing gets done about it, as I see many many people complaining. I have banked with Standard Bank for 20 year but it is time to move on as they have no consideration for old clients and are not willing to help!
