Dear FNB

I just received a phone call from a lady, can't recall het name, calling on BEHALF of FNB regarding cover if I should be permanantely disabled or die, i will be covered for a amount up to R 80 000, so for R 5000 or less spending on my card, im covered for free, for each 1000 thereafter its R5 per R1k.

After explaining that i am not interested in spending money on that service, I was met with "kinda argumentive" attitude, after explaining that she is not gonna sell this product to me, she should stop trying, I thanked her for informing me, I appreciated the call, but no thank you, Wished her a lovely day, and then she slammed the phone. Now tell me FNB, im pretty sure you are not impressed by this, its YOUR name she did damage to. The call was recorded, I suggest you contact who ever calls your clients for this cover, check their systems, listen to the call, and see which agent called my mobile number, and deal with her accordingly. I saddens me, cause i left ABSA for FNB cause of all the great stories, and its been a joy until NOW.

I expect a call from her with a personal apology, that should teach her to have a attitude.
