STOP IT WITH THE CALLS!!! RUDE SALES AGENT

I took out a loan with SA Multiloan last year, and since then I have received over 4 phone calls offering to sell me funeral cover which I expalined I was not interested. The last call came through this morning from the same number as usual 0741277341 and Charmaine was on the line at 8:41, I stopped her on her tracks as I already knew who she was and why she was calling. She rudely told me that I should first listen to what people want to say before making assumptions and then slammed the phone on my ear, who the does she think she is to treat a customer like that? Is that the kind of service the Bridge group provides to its clients? I demand a personal apology and corrective action to be taken against this agent. I am extremely upset that this woman has ruined my day like that. I want a recording of that call.
