My tablet fell. the screen cracked but the tablet is till in 100% working condition. I claimed from my insurance. I got told that I had to pay the excess before anything can happen to my claim. I did that and sent all the information as requested by the call centre the same day, 26 September 2013. My tablet was collected 27 September 2013 early in the morning. I thought that is great service. how wrong I was. I have been phoning everyday since 1 Oct 2013 to follow up as I got told it only takes 3 working days. Every time I am promised that they will get back to me asap and the need to follow up with the technicians. I have now had enough. It has been 8 working days an still no-one can give me any feedback. I just get the same answer that they are awaiting feedback from the technicians. How long do these people get to respond??? I do not understand how a company can still operate like this if the completion out there is so strong. I expect feedback on this issue within the next 30min. you guys make false promises. it is unethical!!!
