I bought a Samsung Galaxy tablet in 2011. Unfortunately in May 2013 I dropped it. Good thing I got that extra insurance they offer, right?
On May 26 I called and was asked to take my tablet to the closest branch to be sent for repairs. I did so, and booked it in on 29 May in Witbank.
31 June and no updates later I phoned, to be told that the tablet was only picked up a week ago, so it lay at the branch where I dropped it off for THREE WEEKS before it was picked up. I was promised feedback. Nothing.
10 July I called again and was told the tablet been booked into repairs at last. I lodged and official complaint, and was promised feedback, Nothing.
15 July I call again and my tablet cant be found on the system. I demand to speak to a supervisor, after 12 minutes on hold I'm cut off. Called again, New operator finds device. Its been booked in but no new status. I ask for a supervisor again, Surprisingly I get one who promises to follow up and give feedback. Nothing
22 July I call. They track my device but according to them the tablet is now a telephone So they dont even know what was booked in. Supervisor says she will follow up and give me feedback. Im not hopeful
