I had opened up an RCS account at Verimark store because my wife wanted a vacuum cleaner. I made a small purchase just to check if the card was active . not even 4 days went by when the card was used in East London and I am in Joburg . 2 months later I wanted to get the card reactivated because I was advised that the was sorted out account was then settled. I then went to the Verimark store who were offline, i went back a week later they were still offline, another week later still offline. I them spoke to Sazi from the RCS call centre who did not want to give her surname who told me just to fax or email a copy of my id. I then called the call centre again and spoke to Steven Williams who advised that i should email the copy of my id to [Email Removed] which I did . went into the Verimark store to pick up a new card . which was then given after 3 hours battle with the call centre. I then wanted to make a small purchase just to check that the card was working . once again the card was not working because they advised my account was in arrears. Please sort this out and cancel my account!
