After complaining at the call centre, I was told to send an email to [Email Removed] Below is the email I sent to them last week thursday and I still have no response.

I would like to lodge a complaint with regards to interest being charged on my credit card. During March I needed to make two payments, one of R15, 919.90 and one of R11, 563.45. Before I made these payments I called in to the call centre to confirm that this account was 60 days interest free. I then proceeded to make these electronic payments and a few days later I settle these amounts by transferring money back to the credit card from my other accounts. I now notice there are two interest charges on my credit card of R154.66 and R95.18. I called the call centre now and was advised that the 60 days interest free is only for purchases and not electronic payments/transfers. I was not advised this when I initially queried how the interest gets charged on this credit card. If I had known this I would have never used this account to make these payments as I had other cash in my cheque account to do so.
