Won't pay claim

My wife was in a accident with our car now the insurance won't pay because they say my payment for the month of September was not paid but I received now phone calls or even a SMS to say that my payment did not go trough so all the payments that I have made over the last 2 years means nothing it is very nice to know now what service you get from them.
