It is not fair that I have been paying all this months, this one time when something so terrible happen to me, the insurance won't help because of one month's payment? If I knew that I was paying the car insurance for nothing I would have cancelled it a while back. The reason why I pay the car insurance is because of such things that may happen to anyone,

I made payment arrangements because normally, I would receive an email from your company that notifies me that the debit did not go through and immediately I will call you or even let my mom call when I'm not around, but this time I didn't get any notification from your company, only when I went into my internet banking I realised you have been sending payments request and I explained to that lady that no one called me to notify me or even email, however hence I was calling for that payment arrangement, I even said to her is it possible for me to deposit the money, she said no you only deal with debit orders, hence we chose the 20th of September for the debit to run then.

In cases like this you expect your insurers to help you not to frustrate you even more, I am totally disappointed, your phone call just really frustrated me.
