After I wrote a complaint report on Hello Peter about capitec banks late deductions I received an email that stated the following.

Good day Mrs Wiggil
Thank you for referring your comments via Hellopeter and affording us the opportunity to investigate your matter. I truly regret learning of your experience.
I have attached a letter which I hope will provide more insight on the late processing of the point of sale transactions. We realise that this late processing has resulted in frustration, inconvenience and possible financial pressure for our clients.
Ayesha will contact you shortly to discuss a possible payment arrangement.
We trust that your future association with Capitec Bank will live up to the service excellence you are used to and expect.

Ayesha NEVER contacted me to discuss a possible payment arrangement. My whole budget is ruined because as soon as my salary was in my account Capitec withdrew the FULL amount. They make empty promises. I also noticed that the is transactions once again that have not been processed for transactions at the same pnp where the whole problem started.
