Capitec, a form letter is not a response!

I logged a complaint against Capitec on the morning of 13th June. I then received this "response", on the same day (13th June, i.e. 6 days ago, 4 of which have been working days):
"Hello steveedwards100,
Thank you for taking the time to raise your concerns and affording us the opportunity to address them.
I have referred it to Zenande Tabata for immediate attention.
Feedback will be provided within the next 2 working days, and I trust that this situation will be resolved to your satisfaction.
Jennine Seholoba
Complaint Management: Capitec Bank"
That was the last I heard or saw anything.
I have made the point before, Hellopeter, that such "form letters" should not be considered "responses". A response would be a communication that grapples with the issue, not one that fobs the complainant off in the hope he'll just go away.
