2 WEEKS AGO I WAS CONTACTED BY CAPITEC BANK TO MAKE AN ARRANGEMENT TO PAY OFF THE LATE DEBIT CARD TRANSACTIONS THAT OCCURED OVER DECEMBER AND WHEN MY SALARY GOT PAID IN THE FULL AMOUNT WAS DEDUCTED WITHOUT WARNING. I SPENT ALMOST R120 AIRTIME ON CONTACTING THEM AND WAS INFORMED THAT THERE WAS NO ARRANGEMENT ON THE SYSTEM. I THEN WENT INTO MY BRANCH AND WAS TOLD THEY ARE WORKING ON THE PROBLEM. YET TO DATE I HAVE HAD NO FEEDBACK FROM THEM. THE LEFT HAD DOES NOT KNOW WHAT THE RIGHT HAND IS DOING!!! HOW DO YOU MAKE AN ARRANGEMENT OVER THE PHONE AND NOT MAKE A NOTE ON THE SYSTEM DIRECTLY?
