On the 30 September 2013, i tried to open a business account online - to which I received a response indicating there was an error and that a customer service consultant would contact me shortly - this was via e-mail - today is the 7th October 2013 - i have still not had a response. Prior to this I opened a personal account online, and then repeated everything telephonically. When i went to fourways to collect my cards, i stood in a queue marked card collections for 30 minutes, only to be shown to another very long queue and a rude teller telling me I was in the wrong queue and she cannot help me. Come on FNB this is very disappointing!
