I don't do Collections

I went to NEDBANK this afternoon and arrived between 12:02 and 12:10. Stood in the enquiries qeue for 25 mins and headed to the lady second from the right. I advised I am there collect my card and her response was"I only do staements please go back to the queue" My response was " I stood in the queue for 25 mins and you expect me to go back, REALLY? " Her response was " Yes really" To this I made it very clear that I will not be going back to the qeue and they should have 2 queues - 1 for collections and 1 for statements. This woman insisted she was not goin to help me until her collegue to her right advised she will assist. Now there was no indication that she and her collegue to the left of her was only doing statements and there was only 1 queue. this is not just a waste of my time but complete disrepect to me as a customer. Please advise?
