PATHETIC SERVICE FROM BRIDGELOANS

We have qualified for a loan on the 5th of September, which would take 10 working days to be paid (so they said) when I phoned after 12 working days, there is a delay on the system, no one can tell me when my payment will be done. It is exactly one month after approved loan, still no money, and the best off all is, the consultants tell me that none of them have any feed back from when the money will be paid... I asked a number of times that the manager will phone me, because she is never available and just no response. I think for a major company like this, this is pathetic and under managed. THE KEY TO SUCCESS IS COMMUNICATION.
