I've been banking with with Standard Bank ever since I can remember. My account was hacked into and all my funds were. This happened on the 26/08/2013 just after receiving my pay, I managed to blocked the card in less than 24hrs. I only managed to visit my bank after returning from Zambia on the 03/09/2013
I opened a case with the bank, in which case I was told that invetigations take 21 days and that someone would be in contact with me for updates on the investigations. I haven't heard anything from the bank which is really frustrating. I think the bank can do better in handling cases
