Failure to list my ID with SAFP

On the 11 th of february i recieved a call from a standard bank consultant KZN branch, she said they received a Car finance application and she wanted to verify if i applied and i told her no i didn't apply, it means there is somebody who made a copy of my ID, the case was handed over to department to investigate the case of impersonation and they where suppose to flag my ID for and list my ID number. until today nothing has been done and on the 5 th of april this guy again he went to the Real people for loan on building material worth 60 000 and obtained my bank statement from forksburg standard bank i went to standard bank again to see if they cant close my account and make the new one and the answer that i get is the only thing that they can do is make notes on the system what if this goes to the bank and ask for new card and withdraw all my monies, i managed to get the photo copy of the id that he uses and opened the case with the police
