Rude phone call

I received a call from one of your sales reps today (5 Oct 2013) at 09h36, I believe her name was Michelle? When I told her that I was not interested in anything she's selling she got extremely rude and hung up the phone.

I tried phoning back but the call kept on being cancelled/ended. Please be advised that I am a paying customer with Regent and I won't take this garbage from you or one of your representatives!
