Getting transferred instead of help!!!

Your staff is incompetent over the phone, rude and i have never in my life got as angry as i did. I have supported Regent many years as a client, Car dealer as well as a Broker and I am utterly shocked. Regent's service used to be efficient but now it's like a circus. Management is not doing their jobs!!

Really very truly unhappy!!!
