Annoyed by excessive Data Protection

I've been a client with Bayport for 2years now and for the pass two months I've been calling to make sure that my contract is cancelled, 1st I was advised last debit order will be on the 25th of August for the cellphone contract then when I checked end of August I was told end of September will be the last collection. I confirmed numerous times whether I need to send any letters for cancellation and was told no. Today I called to find out whether I will be debitted on the 25th of October and why I received airtime. After doing excessive Data Protection for 5mins I was told she couldn't help me. I kept repeating I just need to know whether I am being billed for this airtime but no I didn't answer the 100 questions she asked me correctly. I get that you're protecting my account but really I just need to know if this cellphone contract has expired... GOSH!!!
Then I'm told to call again with the correct answer when I don't even know what I got wrong.. this is madness
