I took out a contract with cellphone Bayport and they did not say that the phone comes in standard colour. Once I received the sms stating that my contract was approved, I called and emailed Bayport to get one white and one black (9320's comes in many different colours). I received the phones the next day before I could even cancel or change the contract. I called in and asked to contact the supplier (as they say they do not have a choice in colour, they said get it from the supplier) and they do not want to give me the details. I went to mtn, vodacom and cell c and they all said I should contact Bayport less did they know that Bayport is useless and tell me that they cannot help. Now they want me to pay for the phones and 10% of the airtime. I will not answer their calls and listen to the same stories. I will visit a branch and leave the phones and the sim cards there. They can try debiting my account. I don't care. I spoke to several different people and one of them (Puleng) gave me a lot of attitude and told me I should have specified when I spoke to the sale agent. I didn't even know if my contract was approved but I was to choose a colour? Pathetic, really.
