I submitted a claim Wednesday evening after a burglary in my flat. The website says give it 4 hours (business hours) which i did, i phoned yesterday afternoon to hear what's going on because i don't hear anything, only to find out that my claim was allocated to the wrong person in the wrong department who was not even at work for the past 2 / 3 days. My claim was reassigned to Lorenzo Peters, who I also haven't heard from. As a web designer whos laptop got, I cant sit around and wait. Please could someone give me some feedback.
