Outstanding settlement / claim

Incident happened on the 1st September. The claim was logged. 32 days after the claim was logged, nothing has been done. No feedback from Santam. We had a R32. The damage of the car added up to R171000. The insured value is R200 000. We only had the car for 7 weeks. One ones coming back to us to inform us what's going on!! The car was assessed by an internal, external and censeo from Santam. After the final assessment from the censeo for the merit and quantum, they still don't have answers for us. I need to know when will everything be finalized???
