So I got robbed (of ALL cards) on the 1st of September, blocked all cards, etc AS IS THE NORM! In that period, the 'robbers' drew money on my CLICKS CREDIT CARD! It was NOT me... quite obviously, cause why would I always pay on time, etc. if I plan on ' from myself'. So a case was opened by FNB, NO feedback at all after I've sent through Affidavit. I had to contact them to get feedback - 2 weeks later. NOW I'm told: 'The turn around time for investigation is 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the outcome the funds will then be reversed back in the account.'

I have to pay an increased payment end of month thanks to the, and no guarantee that I'll get my money back? NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! And I'm NOT impressed! How difficult can it be to solve this?
