Santam chooses what they want to settle on claim

I have had a storm damage last year and santam came out and did an assessment, they there after
did further assessments and investigations and declined my claim, after a year of persistance and the run around by them they sent out experts who validated the damages and there after they still tried to repudiate my claim, after arbitrating the matter with there complaints department they offered me a 50% settlement on my clothing and refused to comment on the balance of the damages which was initially authorized.

I have taken this matter up with the ombadsman of short term insurance and i am still getting the run around.

Can you kindly assist in getting some justice.
