Hi

I was issued a new card however the replacement card that I had received would not allow me to swipe and it took me forever for me to activate my card which should've been done by the person that I had received my card from before I left the bank!

Now it irritates the out of me that trying to call the call center and they simply hang up on me... Three times!

I am very very upset, and fnb should not be providing me with such a service at all! I request a new card and at not at my fee, because am not going to be paying for their mistake!
