Good Day

I am very disappointed and angry that a deposit of R3800 3 Oct 2013, deposited from Johannesburg Sandton, just disappeared!! Two sms's received, deposit and a correction/return. Why??? Expected payment R8000, of which only R4200 deposit reflecting as successful. Where did the R3800 disappear to and why was there correction /return. I have notified ABSA Granade Durban and they say the sender cancelled transaction which is not true!!!
