CHEEKY Fnb Staff!!!

I Am extremely disappointed in FNB! I have a personal Loan with them. Took out a few YEARS back. At one stage I stopped receiving my statements from them so I stopped all payments... Only to find out around 2 years later, im getting attorney's calls telling me I owe DOUBLE!!! The interest accrued was nearly more that what I had taken out originally. How was I supposed to know that I still owe money when my statements where never sent and I was never contacted to ask for any payment in over two years!! Every time I would get a call from these "Attorney' people, I would request a statement to be sent... NEVER happened. Now, all of a sudden R500 was Demand Debited on my account on the 1st October. I phoned in (Took about an hour and 8 numbers later) to get to the right department / people. Spoke to someone who was EXTREMELY rude and didn't care about anything I was saying. The more I was trying to explain myself and come to some sort of a payment agreement the more cheeky and rude this guy got! Pathetic! I WILL be closing my account at FNB and will NEVER recommend this bank!!!
