R3109 worth of fees for 1.5 years bank statements?

Good Day,

It is with great concern and disappointment that I write this note. I am completely shocked to see the following amounts having been debited off both my personal and our business bank accounts? Please could someone explain how this is justified any any shape or form?

On the 5th February I requested 6 months statements on my personal cheque account and 1 years statements on the business account. I received these statements on the 7th February. The following charges have been deducted from our respective accounts:

Business account
05/02/2013 - Fee 180 day statement R28.00
05/02/2013 - Fee 180 day statement R28.00
05/02/2013 - Fee 180 day statement R28.00
07/02/2013 - Fee recovered for statement R2000.00

This totals: R2084.00 for 1 years statements???

Personal Account
05/02/2013 - Fee 180 day statement R25.00
07/02/3013 - Fee recovered for statement R1000

This totals R1025 for 6 months of statements???

In total for 2 lots of statement for 1 year and 6 months we have been deducted R3109.00???

This is absolutely laughable... please advise?
