Double debits on Life Start Debit card purchases

I am very disappointed that FNB double debited my account on a purchase I made at Pick n Pay, blamed Pick n Pay for it only to find out that it was a technical error on their side. Instead of reversing the transaction, I am being told "it will take some time". I am a student and I am frustrated, I need to go home but they can't send me money because of my overdrawn balance. I owe people money, because I had to borrow money to go sort the issue out, I have incurred bank charges and the numerous consultants I spoke to on their Customer Care weren't very helpful and most were rude. I have been with FNB for almost 5 years and I am seriously considering moving my account elsewhere. To say this has been a major inconvenience would be an understatement. I am not asking for much, I just need them to reverse & sort everything out because this has happened before & they didn't even reimburse me for the bank charges I incurred due to the overdrawn balance which was THEIR fault!!
