Good day,

At this moment I am a very irate & disappointed client, this after being a client of African Bank for over 10 years!
I have been receiving calls to advise me that my Gold Credit card is in arrears - going back to the year 2007! I have phoned your collections department who advised me that in actual fact that arrears amount has been sorted and paid in full in 2008, however your offices did not sort it out yet on the system. He was going to give it back to the department who was going to clear it off my account.

After this I still received numerous calls from your call centre claiming that I am still in arrears. Not once has this arrears amount been shown on my statement, not once have I received calls regarding it or any letters. Now all of a sudden I am getting all these calls!
I received calls at the most ridiculous times of the day - 7:10 on a Saturday morning, 20:20 on a Friday evening, 18:00 whilst having supper with my family. Don't your call office have ethics, can't they phone at appropriate times of the day? I even had one of your staff members being cheeky at me! Telling me I should keep quiet as she wants to talk & let me pay my account. She then h
