Lack of Response When Dealing With Claims

I HAVE REACHED A STAGE WHERE I AM FED UP WITH THIS WHOLE PROCESS OF CLAIMING, I KEEP CALLING IN AND NOBODY CALLS ME BACK. WITH CUSTOMER SERVICES, FEEDBACK IS KEY, IN MY OPINION. I LOGGED A CLAIM ON THE 29 SEPTEMBER 2013 VIA AN EMAIL. SINCE THEN I HAVE BEEN CALLING IN TO MAKE A FOLLOW UP ALL I GET IS THAT "THE SUPPLIER WILL BE IN CONTACT WITH YOU SHORTLY, GIVE ME YOUR CONTACT DETAILS" MY LAST CALL WAS TODAY, THIS MORNING AND THE RESPONSE I GOT WAS " I WILL CALL YOU SHORTLY GIVE ME YOUR ID NUMBER AND CONTACT NUMBER". THIS HAS NOW BECOME FRUSTRATING TO ME. THE PHONE I AM CLAIMING IS A PHONE I USE FOR WORK AS WELL AS ALL OTHER IMPORTANT THINGS IN MY LIFE. CAN I GET SOMEBODY TO PROCESS THIS CLAIM AS PROMPTLY AS POSSIBLE, PLEASE. I DO NOT EVEN HAVE A CLAIM NUMBER, OR ANYTHING THAT ACKNOWLEDGES THIS CLAIM. I HONESTLY DO NOT KNOW HOW THESE THINGS WORK BUT I NEED THIS TO BE FINISHED. CAN SOMEONE ASSIST ASAP. INDIDIKILE LENTO MNA SOZE.
