Level of service offered by client services consultants at the Iwize claims dept... APPALLING, SHOCKING, LEAVES A BITTER TASTE IN ONE'S MOUTH!!! it's like they don't care about customers, people who bring in business! I lodged a claim on the 28th of June and every time i have to call in to make an enquiry with the guy who registered my claim, no courtesy calls nothing just random emails to say "your claim is being process" not "we are at this stage with claim... or your car is at the garage ABC... or assessor has finished or busy with you car" all this info i had to chase after them for it, utter bull I say! Maybe I'm not important enough for Iwize but I'm sure MyWay or Outsurance will give me better service. Another thing that ticks me off is when i call and ask to speak to the guy handling my claim i get things like "he's sitting across" but when i ask to speak to him, he is "not available"... "Rodwin" is his name i think. I spoke to three other consultant who assured me that they will fix the issue send me the correct information up date nothing! instead their agents make fun of my name in the backroun before putting the phone down. teach your staff respect IWIZE please
