Don't be fooled by cheap insurance

I have been with Outsurance from 2005, after 8 years with them i have a claim and its a mission to get some one to assist me with this claim. After 8 years only now that i was notified that my excess increases on annual basis. Its amazing as this is the only company that does this, well its the first time i have heard of this. I have went through my original policy that was taken in 2005 and no where it states that my excess increases annually. I have asked on numerous times for them to show me where it states that but dealing with a call centre agent does not really help. Outsurance spends so much on advertising they should really spend some of that in employing knowledgeable people and people who take ownership.

Its better to pay a little more than have to go through all of this.
