This company looks after its customers!

After complaining about an annual increase in my premium, Outsurance not only lowered my monthly premium but lowered my excess from R40 000 to R5000 as well! This is the best of both worlds. It is great to see such a big company willing to listen to their customers and reassessing the risk on an individual basis.
