Worst service ever!

I sent a sms to have 1Life direct call me for life insurance cover. They were quick to respond to ensure they make a sale, they weren't however so quick to respond to my query when I lodged one. If I remember correctly the first consultant to me back was BEVERLEY at this call centre. And after I have eventually gave the go ahead to deduct the monthly installment from my account, the service stopped. My main concern was the cover itself. After myself and Beverley spoke she distinctly said that I'm covered for death in every sense of the word. Wether it be accidential or dread disease. And because of the fact that cancer happens to mostly everyone at times, I made sure that I was covered for dread disease. She still told me that I have three months to go to my doctor whereafter I received an sms with details to a medical facility to have blood tests done. And still after that she still told me that if I don't go for the blood tests within 3 months from agreement, that I would only be covered for accidential death. When I received my policy however it did not state that I was covered for dread desease. I cancelled and asked that I be called by the manager and i'm still waiting.!
