LIfe Covered No Pay Out

I took a life cover for my dad in 01/02/2010 and 1life required that he takes all the blood tests, they were so quick to assign a health practitioner to do the test and debit my bank account. The aggreement was that if something happens an amount of R29k will be paid out to cover the funeral expense plus a tombstone then the remaining pay out will follow (I am black and our funerals costs a lot not to mention the mourning period during the process before the day of the burial as we have to prepare food on a daily basis. I phoned 1life notifying them of my dads passing on Tuesday the 11/11/2013 they required that I send them all the documents as listed on their checklist, had to go make affidavits at the police station and submitted everything to them, all my premuims are up to date, I followed up with them checking if they have received all the documents of which they confirmed yes, but they still needed another report from the hospital on top of the hospital report that I have submitted. Today is 2014/01/29 I am still not paid even the R29k for the burial. I want my money I don't owe you 1Life. I would hate to come and camp @ your offices but watch this space!
