Attitude from agent, no response from manage

On the 8th September i had an accident, i lodged a claim with Unity and my claim was handled by a very rude lady named Portia. Throughout dealing with me, she was not sympathetic nor friendly, considering what i was going through, her attitude was the last thing i needed. Portia informed me that my car was a write off and that they are going to settle the bank. I've asked Portia to email me documents from day 1, up to today i have not received them. A manager called me, i forgot her name, who also promised to email me documents and confirmed my email, but up to today i have not received anything from them. This is the service i receive after 4 years of having them as my chosen service provider...
