I received a call and an email from Eugene Boniface telling me that I would receive 4 tickets, due to the dissapointment caused by so many rides out of order, from Portia who would give me the information on where and how to collect the tickets. On 17 September I sent Eugene an email enquiring when I would be contacted by Portia-NO response, I tried calling him on 23 September-NO answer. Is the promise of giving us 4 free tickets an empty promise, sure seems like it :(((
