Over charged and told, call after call

I spoke to Gudani Munjedzi on the 25th of September, who promise to send me an e-mail soon after speaking to her supervisour and a way forward. Today it's the 2nd of october nothing!!!

I call in every month to check on my balance, no one will tell you the correct info, but you will pay more forever!!! I want you to go back to my statements which i call and beg for them and never receive, when you do you send me for June/July in OCTOBER!!! WHAT THE is wrong with you? are yu making money from your customers?

Please look at my statements which you refuse to send me without digging and tell me is this how you operate??? clearly your own staff do not agree!!! because that is what they tell me as well when i call in! Differrent stories. should i also charge for my phone calls?

I want this resolved asap...
