Release calls??? Transfers when you cant reslove??

I called about an issue i had and I was very frustrated at Nedbank. I swore around yes, i had every right to, and I was swearing at Nedbank. i spoke to a lady named Nicole Garson with reference number 9023978. As expected, she transferred me to a department called collections after I refused to. I, for one know that you do not transfer a customer when they refused because I know the question I was asking, she would have answered as the second guy I spoke to answered me. Now I want to know how do you train your personnel. I work for customer service for half my life and i do not think that is the way you handle things. i know you are all saying that you take actions with the agents. this time i need proof to show that action was take. Listen to the call and give me your quality specialist opinion about it when you respond please.
