Appauling Service!!! For Vehicle Settlement!!!

I just think that standard bank should close their banks, staff are just rude.
Simple thing they tell you, ''we are offline, cant help you", Call back in 10 min, where you already waited for 20min on the phone line for someone to answer the freaken phone to get a settlement.
I am going to make sure that I post on every network site how you guys treat your clients!!!
Standard bank are really the most worst bank ever.
never less the Tv, radio adds!!! OMW!! Empty promises
