I've made TWO online inquiries regarding my accounts. One for my cheque account and one for my credit. No feedback whatsoever for weeks now. I can't believe the service is getting this bad. A year ago this never would've happened. Maybe FNB should stop their adds and focus on customer service. Never had this issues at ABSA.
