Unauthorized transactions on ABSA accounts

In March 2013 I started enquiring about my various absa accounts (vehicle finance, cheque account and personal loan) because I wanted to settle all my debt. After some enquiries it became apparent that there had been numerous unauthorised transactions on my accounts. I have had very little response from ABSA and there has been no clarification on what has happened on my accounts since initial enquiry. I have had communication with Nhlanhla Xaba, Shamase Mbali, Grace Geduldt but they haven't been able to provide sufficient information or adequately prioritizing the issue of missing funds out of the accounts. It is a serious issue if funds disappear from a bank account, especially a well known bank like ABSA.
