On the 27th September I called in to the RCS office to confirm the outstanding balance on my account - on the same day I transferred the outstanding amount of R11448.73 to RCS only to find today that they debited by account for the payment of /- R900 today. Why - when the account is settled in full? Will you arrange the refund to me of this amount?
